ASSISTANT COACH
The successful candidate will assist the Head Coach in the coaching and development of the Boat
Race programme with specific responsibility for the coaching of Isis (the Reserve Boat). Ideally
candidates should already hold a formal rowing coaching qualification and should have experience of
coaching to a high club/school/university standard.
BOATHOUSE AND EQUIPMENT MANAGER
This person will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the OUBC’s new boathouse
and its equipment. This is a residential position. Expertise in repairing, rigging and boat
transportation are essential. Rowing coaching experience is also desirable.
For both positions the ability to work within a small highly motivated team is essential, as is a
clean driving licence.
